Bell (Winchester, Illinois), born in Jacksonville, Illinois, who passed away on November 15, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Eugene and Emma Marie McDade Hoots; and her sister Carol Teaney. She is survived by: her husband Douglas Bell; her sisters, Marilyn DeMoss (Tom) of St. Louis and Patricia Bentley (Mark) of Winchester; and her brother-in-law Bill Teaney of Marion, IA.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
