It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelsey Marie Piper of Winchester, Illinois, who passed away on November 15, 2020, at the age of 24, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Bryan Piper; her grandparents, Jerry and Lois Piper; her great-grandparent Betty Capps; her great-grandaunt Lucille Taylor; and her cousin Myla Watkins.
She is survived by: her mother Crystal Elliott Burton of Winchester; her siblings, Karley Piper of Jacksonville and Austen Manley of Jacksonville; her grandmother Debbie Watkins of Winchester; her great-grandparent Arthur Capps of Winchester; her aunts and uncles, Gena Judkins (Tony), Tom Watkins (Jessa), Tina Watkins and Mike Elliott; and her cousins, Derick Montgomery, Tucker, Cooper Watkins, Wesley McKinney, Tori, Sydney Elliott, Michael, Andrea and Gabriel Mercier.
