In the vast expanse of eternity, may Kathleen Sue find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles "Pete" Atnip and Joyce E. Chapman Atnip; her husband Darrell Moore of Mark's Catholic Church; her sister Kary Nichols of Kansas City, MO; and her brothers-in-law, Danny Moore (Tara) of Winchester and Denny Moore of Winchester.
A prayer was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 4:15 PM at the Daws Family Funeral Home - Winchester (657 N Main St, Winchester, IL 62694). Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mark's Catholic Church (108 E Pearl St, Winchester, IL 62694).
Memorials are suggested to the Scott County Dog Rescue.
