It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Kerr Ballard (Winchester, Illinois), who passed away on July 13, 2021, at the age of 11, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sister Ruby; his great-grandparents, Dolores Harp, Don, Shelby Pence and Merle Harp; his grandparents, Jack and Elizabeth Ballard; his great-grandparents, Jesse, Anna Pence, Clarence, Eileen Shepherd, Velma and Percy Wahl; and his cousin Oakley Cooper.

During COVID-19 when churches were asked not to hold Sunday service in-person, Kerr took it upon himself to deliver online messages from his mom's Facebook page.
