He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Day and Frances Wilson Day; and his brother Gail. He is survived by: his spouse Junia Lawson; his sons, Mancel (Julie) of Winchester, Rodney (Cheryl) of Winchester, Kevin (Kerri) of Winchester and Ken (Crystal) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Steven of Springfield, Kelly Sims (Adam) of New Berlin, Kaylee Garrett (Colt) of Winchester, Kaytlin Johnson (Travis) of Chatham, Konner (Jill) of Virginia, Parker (Serena) of Nashville, TN, Eli and Max of Springfield; his great grandchildren, Kendall, Carter and Kallan; his siblings, Dorothy Cox (Jim) and Darrel (Sandra); and his sister-in-law Dixie Day. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
