He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Homer Evans and Bessie Shepperd Evans; his wife Lorraine Guinnane; his sons, Wayne D. Evans (Kathy) of Springfield, Kevin S. Evans of Winchester and David A. "Andy" Evans (Hope) of Chatham; and his grandsons, Samuel and Lucas Evans. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
