It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Sue Evans of Winchester, Illinois, born in Jacksonville, Illinois, who passed away on August 14, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Richard Spencer and Beverley Ann Bates Evans; her sisters, Rosie Evans of Winchester and Vicky Williams (Rick) of Macomb; her nephew Rick Williams Jr. (Vicki) of Macomb; and her great-nephews, Wyatt and Walker Williams.
