She is survived by: her son John Cletus Borgens; her daughter-in-law Kati Grey Borgens; her grandchildren, Isabella Sophia Borgens of Winchester, Illinois, Chase William Borgens of Winchester, Illinois and John Gabriel Borgens of Winchester, Illinois; her sister Brenda Moffett of The Plains, Virginia; and her aunts, Elizabeth Wells of Hampton and Dorothy Woodward of Fredericksburg. She is also survived by niece, a nephew, and several cousins.
