She was predeceased by: her parents, William Schroeder and Carrie Cryder Schroeder; her siblings, Bill Schroeder, Dorcas Retzer, Edie Cooper and Sue Wyatt; and her siblings-in-law, Gerald Berg and Helen Schroeder.
She is survived by: her husband Willis Gayle McEvers; her children, Grace McEvers (Brian Hynes) of Jacksonville, Mike McEvers (Brenda) of Jacksonville and Barb Hoots (Steve) of Winchester; her grandchildren, Matt McEvers (Amber Colston) of Roodhouse, Kaila Pfieffer (Jim) of Manhattan, Ashley Mast (Zach) of Columbia, MO and Derek Hoots (Eileen) of Carol Stream; her great grandchildren, Lily McEvers, Kamden, Karter, Kash, Kane, Pfieffer, Millie Mast, Elliot and Jack Hoots; her siblings, Shirley Berg of Virden, Gary Schroeder of St. Petersburg, FL and David Schroeder (Karen) of Jerseyville; her foster sister Dorothy Camerer (Mike) of Murrayville; and her siblings-in-law, Rosie Schroeder of Mt. Pulaski and Weldon Cooper of White Hall. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
