He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Edward "Happy" and Bertha Frances Moore Evans; and his sisters, Mary Katherine Evans and Margaret Ann Leonard. He is survived by: his nephews, Mark Leonard (Ginger) and Mike Leonard (Elsa); and his niece Melissa Zinsmeyer (Troy). He is also survived by several great nephews, a great niece and two great great nieces.
