He was predeceased by: his parents, McKinley Capps and Edna Hoaglin Capps; his wife Betty Ann Yelm; his sons, Larry and Bob Capps; and his great grandchildren, Kelsey Piper and Myla Watkins.
He is survived by: his daughters, Chris Landon (Sid) of Lake Forrest, CA and Debbie Watkins of Winchester. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
