She is survived by: her former husband Allen Shewmake, Sr.; her husband Bobby Axley; her children, A. J. Shewmake, Jr. (Hillary) of Winchester and Alyssa Wear (Andrew) of Florida; her stepsons, Tanner and Trever Axley of Greenfield; her grandchildren, Kendyn, Kayson, Kaisley, Reid and Blakeleigh; and her siblings, Gary Shaw (Minnie) of Hardin, John Holder of Jerseyville, Shari Axley (David) of White Hall and Marty Holder (Lori) of Wrights.
