Issert (Wilmington, Illinois), born in Chester, Illinois, who passed away on March 10, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Therese and Tony; his father Chester White; his children, Stephen, Debbie Issert, Denise Marie Issert (Rick Smith) and Phillip Issert; his grandchildren, Janene Issert (Jon Floyd), Raechel, Eric Girardot, Lauren, JJ Schmidt, Andy, Tiffany Harned Pilbeam, Jared Pilbeam, Hayley Marie-Ange, Greg Henke, Garret Victor, Cara Pilbeam, Brittany, Jong Kim, Ian and Kelly Issert; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Benjamin Stephen, Caleb Victor Floyd, Amelia Marie, Gage Girardot, Owen, Evan Schmidt, Grace, Gunner, Keely Jynna Marie, Scotland Henke, Finley Pilbeam, Avery Rogowski, Jacobie, Paxton, Leo Kim, Ian, Ryker and Rowan Issert; his brother Leon Issert; and the mother of his children Marie Issert (Barthelme). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
