He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Carole Cerone (Hoffstadt) of Bonney Lake, WA; his wife Susan Johnson (Herman) of Wilmington; his children, Amanda Gerdez (Stephen) of Bourbonnais, Brooke Crutchfield (Andy) of Wilmington and Justin Johnson (Laci) of Wilmington; his grandchildren, Logan Gerdez, Kai, Xavier Crutchfield and Ryder Johnson; his siblings, Diane Cooper of Bonney Lake, WA, Cathy Arnold of Naperville, IL and Brian Cole of Joliet, IL.; his stepmother Barbara Johnson; his sister Lorrie Johnson; and his stepbrother Alex Cole.
