He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Puckett and Elva Puckett (Wenzel); his former wives, Margie Johnson and Arlene Austin; and his wife Virginia Longest.
He is survived by: his son Robert Puckett (Pam) of Mesa, AZ; his stepchildren, Mary Walcher (James) of Wilmington, Joan Bailey of Wilmington, Gloria Longest of Goose Lake, Lavern Longest of Goose Lake, Rachael Cletcher of Wilmington, Joy Longest of Tennessee, Richard Longest of Wilmington and Alan Longest of Wilmington; his brothers, Charles Puckett of Kentucky, Donald Puckett of Kentucky and Edgar Puckett of Kentucky; his sister-in-law Josephine Puckett of Kentucky; his granddaughter Jessica Dietz (Ben); and his great grandchildren, Austin, Dylan and Ryan. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
