Richard Schumacher Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Schumacher of Wilmington, Illinois, who passed away on January 29, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Cheryl Schumacher; and his sons, Timothy Schumacher and Brian Schumacher. He is survived by: his wife Colleen; his children, Sue Ellen Welps (Eric) of Chicago and Michael Schumacher (Elvina) of St. Charles; his grandchildren, Braylen Zajda, Joey Welps and Rya Schumacher; his mother Barbara Tryner (late Joseph); his siblings, Vicki Witczak (Bruce), John Tryner and Amy Potempa (Dan); his aunts, Barbara Dyer (late Donald), Karen Dyer (late Richard), Lois Dyer (late Ronald) and Donna Bolz (Greg "Skip"); and his sisters-in-law, Donna Johnson and Gail Wallen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Rick's memory to Kuzma Care Cottage.
