He is survived by: his mother Retha Palmer of Wilmington; his wife Pomeranians; his children, Arlene Osborn of Diamond and Steve Osborn of Joliet; his grandchildren, Ashley Goodwin (Tony Feigel), David Goodwin, Jr. (Kayla Jock), Devin Goodwin and Keegan Lauffer; his great grandchildren, Ana, Alex Feigel, Khaleesi Gregory, Travis Jock and Brielle Goodwin; and also David Tibbett of Streator, Illinois.
