She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Otto and Agnes Hannum (Warren); her husband John Haldorson; her son Mark Haldorson; her brothers, Jackie, Donnie and Michael Hannum; and her siblings-in-law, Howard, Charles, Raymond (Betty), Robert (Genevieve), George, Clyde Haldorson, Elsie Skubic (Joe), Helen Jensen (Harold), Betty Panish (Joe), Alice Wills (Elmer), Lucille Quayle (Royce) and June Hedgecock (Leroy).
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Jo; her son-in-law Dave Morgan; and her siblings-in-law, Fran Hannum of Arizona, Ralph Haldorson (Lela) of Wilmington and Margaret Haldorson of Western Springs. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the First United Methodist Church (401 E Kahler Rd, Wilmington, IL 60481). A burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the Mount Olivet Cemetery (600 W Kahler Rd, Wilmington, IL 60481).
Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Phyllis' memory to a cancer research organization of the donor's choosing.
