We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2024, at the age of 62, Phillip J. Issert (Wilmington, Illinois), born in Peotone, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Victor Issert and Marie Issert (Barthelme); his daughter Brittany Issert-Kim (Jong); his grandchildren, Avery, Jacobie, Paxton, Leo, Trey, Ian, Ryker and Rowan; and his siblings, Stephen Issert (Debbie), Denise Issert (Rick Smith), Loving Longing, Jeffry Issert (Jan) and Joel Issert (Angie). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews who will greatly miss Uncle.
In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Phillip's memory to Kuzma Care Cottage in Wilmington.
