He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles, Sr. Runions and Agnes Runions (McCue); his father-in-law Henry Blaha; his siblings, Patrick Runions, Charles Runions, Jr. and Becky Best; and his nieces, Cynthia, Char and Connie.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Runions of Wilmington; his sons, Nicholas Runions (Annette) of New Lenox, IL, Joshua Runions of Orland Park, IL, Tony Runions of Wilmington, Eric Runions (Lisa) of Coal City, IL and Peter F. Runions, Jr. of Wilmington; his grandchildren, Dominic, Madison and Lilly; his mother-in-law Beatrice Blaha; his sister-in-law Kathy Blaha of Oak Lawn, IL; and his niece Carol Vanderploeg.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Baskerville Funeral Home (700 E Kahler Rd, Wilmington, IL 60481). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
