With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norbert Garstka of Wilmington, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on August 13, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his uncle Frank Jachim; and his nephew Alan E. Garstka. He is survived by: his brother Earl J. Garstka (Susan) of McKinney, TX; his niece Debra Garstka Miller (John) of Frisco, TX; his nephew Dave Garstka (Angela) of Allen, TX; and his great-nephews, Justin of Ogden, UT and Jason of Madison City, AL.
