She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Smalarz; her son Robert Smalarz; her parents, Harry Lozano and Lucy Lozano (Duran); and her brothers, Raymond Valdez, Ralph Valdez, Richard Lozano, Anthony Lozano and Paul Lozano.
She is survived by: her children, Lance Smalarz (Jacqui), Terri Findlay (Joe), Michele Murren and Kenneth Maiberger (Kelly); her friend Wallace Maiberger; her grandchildren, Isabella Smalarz, Samantha Findlay, Angela Cushman (Matt), Joey Findlay, Robert Smalarz, Kiersten Kerrigan and Makayla Maiberger; and her great grandchildren, Logan, Anna, Jaxzyn, Ethan, Michael and Ivy. She is also survived by 10 siblings; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
