Manegold of Wilmington, Illinois, born in Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on November 26, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John William, Sr. and Edna Manegold (Wren); his son James Manegold; his siblings, John Manegold, Jr., Elizabeth Ann Ashton and Debbie Hastings; and his nephews, Joseph Vargas, Walter Nonanburg and Richard Carr.
He is survived by: his wife Marcia; his children, Cindy Steinhaus of Arkansas and Marvin M. Manegold, Jr. of Alabama; his grandchildren, Cheryl Blowers (Tony), Christina Johnson (Ryan), Marvin M. Valentine (Rachel), Stephanie Eickmeyer (Ryne), Nikki Nichols and Tim Steinhaus (Alexa); his sister Barbara Billings (late Gill) of Florida; his parents-in-law, Charles and Angie Carr of Wilmington; his brother-in-law Don Carr (Yolanda) of Arizona; his nephew David Manegold (Dana); and his close friend Tiki. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
Preferred memorials in lieu of flowers may be made as gifts in Marvin's memory to his family for their distribution.
