She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Weylen Rae. She is survived by: her parents, Edward Bednar and Patricia Bednar (Meier) of Downers Grove; her children, Joseph Dome (Jessica) of Coal City, Shela Fey (William) of Coal City and Emily Dome of Wilmington; her siblings, Edward Bednar, Gerald Bednar and Julie David (Troy); and her grandmother Shirley Bednar. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Lisa's memory to the family for their distribution to local charities of their choosing or to a charity of the donor's wishes.
