He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Spanbauer and Rhoda Spanbauer Kurta. He is survived by: his wife Vonda Spanbauer; his sons, Michael (Tori Spanbauer), Jeff (Amy Spanbauer) and Greg (Stephanie Spanbauer); his grandchildren, Samantha (Conner Sayers), Joey Spanbauer, Michaela Spanbauer, Brenden Spanbauer, Abigail Spanbauer, Wyatt Spanbauer, Aidan Bankovic and Andrew Bankovic; his great grandchild Paul Sayers; his stepsister Maggie Tyszkiewicz; and his siblings-in-law, John Hanson and Rosemarie Hanson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
