She is survived by: her children, Norris Forsythe Jr. of Dickson, Tennessee, Helen Hartman of Diamond, Illinois, Douglas Forsythe of Custer Park, Illinois, Kathy Gardner (Steve) of Branson Missouri and Richard Forsythe (Becky) of Saunemin, Illinois.. She is also survived by loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
