He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Watt and Evelyn Watt (Nelson); his grandchildren, Dimitri Kenneth Moser and Kendra Lauren Moser; his sister Arlene Sladek; and his uncle Leslie "Les" Nelson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jaclyn Watt (Geoffrey Gardner) of Los Angeles and Caryn Moser (Brian) of Cissna Park, Illinois; his grandson Elliot Moser of Cissna Park, Illinois; his siblings, Glenn Watt (Debbie) of Gurnee and Verna Jean "Jidge" Johnson (late Richard) of Ohio, Illinois; his brother-in-law David Sladek of Manhattan, Illinois; and his nieces and nephews, Tracy Latek (James), Steve Sladek (Alisa), Scott Sladek (Mary), Jenny Johnson, Greg Johnson and Carey Carroll-Freeman (Tom). He is also survived by eleven great nieces and great nephews.
Preferred memorials may be made as gifts to the Wilmington American Legion Post 191 or to the Fraternal Order of Police.
