He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Mixen and Carol Jean Mixen. He is survived by: his wife Anne E. Mixen; his children, Laura Dziuban (CJ) of Wilmington and John Mixen (Kera) of Morris; his grandson JJ Dziuban; and his siblings, Robert Mixen (Valerie) of Cornell, IL, Kathy Noonan (Mike) of Dwight, IL, Tom Mixen (Emma Lou) of Macon, MO, Bill Mixen, Patrick Mixen (late Betty) of Pontiac, IL and Jim Mixen of Dwight. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
