He was predeceased by: his brother Brian Riley; his aunt Donna Jones; and his grandparents, Floyd, Josephine Jones, Pearley and Dovie Ward.

He is survived by: his parents, Brenda Riley (Don) of Morris and Fred Ward (Oshia) of Tennessee; his children, Natasha Ward, Steven Ward, Bailey Ward and Damon Ward (Gabby); his sister Stacy Ward; his stepsisters, Sue Castanier (Mark), Laura McCullough (Bob) and Jennifer Riley; and his uncle Ron Jones. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Jimmy's memory to his family for their distribution.
