Ward of Wilmington, Illinois, born in Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on April 9, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Evans and Virginia Evans (Taylor); her husband Charles Ward; her brother Wally Evans; and her niece Melissa Harvey (Welsh).
She is survived by: her daughters, Anita Ward of Wilmington, Jill Zacha of Braidwood and Dawna Ward of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Ashlee Clubb (Alex) of Morris and Jace Zacha of Braidwood; her great grandchild Parker Clubb; her sister Brenda Bumpous (Paul) of Braidwood; her sister-in-law Susie Evans of Wilmington; her nephews, William "Bopper" Welsh, III (Shawn) of Wilmington, Jake Evans (Alyssa) of Shorewood and John Harvey of Braidwood; her great-nieces and great-nephews, D. J., Whitney, Marcus, Zach and Isla; her uncle Wallace Taylor of Mattoon, Illinois.; and also, Bentley, Bryson and Beckham. She is also survived by ses her children, grandchildren and great grandson.
Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Donna's memory to a Veteran's organization of the donor's choosing or to Lightways Hospice of Joliet.
