He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Tulley and Florence Tulley; his daughter Jacqueline; and his siblings, Joseph (Barbara), Harold (Loretta), Stephen (Susan) and Helen Koller (Roy).
He is survived by: his wife Joan Haley; his children, Sharon Prusank, Donna Ball (Robert) and Stephen Tulley (Vanessa); and his grandchildren, Breannen Marshall (Ross), Melissa Christmann (Daniel), Erin Dowling (Brian), Megan Diaz (Orlando), Matthew Saulters (Stacey), Garrett Saulters (Ashley), Kiara Saulters, Rachelle DeMoney (Wes), Dr. Stephen Tulley, Kyle Tulley, Katelyn Sinchak (Tony) and Anna Tulley. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Baskerville Funeral Home (700 E Kahler Rd, Wilmington, IL 60481). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Patrick Catholic Church, Wilton Center (14936 W Wilmington Rd, Manhattan, IL 60442). A burial will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the Mount Saint Patrick Catholic Cemetery (30102 Wilton Center Rd, Manhattan, IL 60442).
Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Don's memory to St. Rose Catholic Church in Wilmington or St. Patrick Catholic Church in Wilton Center.
