He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Spring and Dolores Spring of Westmont, Illinois. He is survived by: his children, Jason Spring (Kathy Craig) of Bolingbrook, IL and Robyn Cox (Jerry Watenpaugh) of Wilmington, IL; his grandchildren, Kayla Cox, Jerod Spring, Seth Spring and Delaney Watenpaugh; his sisters, Jacquie Styka (Joe) of Woodridge, Jill Vath (Fred) of Sandy Utah, Jan McDonnell (Tim) of Cary Illinois, Barbra Cardelli of Downers Grove and Randi Daugherty (Kerry) of Beloit, Wisconsin; his pets, Thor and Boo Kitty; his wife Carol A. Spring; and his nephew Pfc. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his name to Pancreatic Cancer Research would be appreciated.
