He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Foland and Odette Foland (Nee Snyder); his son Richard; and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Camellia Foland (Nee Friddle); his daughters, Josephine Foland and Sherry Schopf (Ron); his grandchildren, Cammy, Samantha, Scott and Nicole; his great grandchildren, Jillian, Lilly, Eli, Layton and Nathan; his siblings, Greg Foland (Mary) and Maxine Seamen (John); and his sister-in-law Ann Foland. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
