She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Hall of Streator, Thomas Carr (Anne) of Streator, Stephen Carr (Bonnie) of Dwight and Kevin Carr of Dwight; her grandchildren, Shelly Durham (Brian) of Streator, Kimberly Hall of Dwight, Jeremy Hall (Heather) of Streator, Catherine Guerrero (Jesse) of Ottawa, Joshua Carr of Streator, Jimmy Shear of South Bend, Jacob Shear (Jeannette) of South Bend, Trisha Bell of Wilmington and Jonathon Wills of Diamond; her great grandchildren, Henry, Jeremy, Adrianna, Zoey, Leona, Betty and William; her brother-in-law Charles Carr (Angie) of Wilmington; and her friends, Peggy Nugent of Wilmington and Vernette Thomas of Wilmington.
Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Betty's memory to the family for distribution to charities of their choosing.
