With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Walter Fried (Wilmette, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 11, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Fried; and his parents, Aranka Fried and Sandor Fried. He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Alexandra Fried and Jennifer Gayle Kelber (Michael); his grandchildren, Sabrina, Darcy, Oliver, Jacob, Ava and Lyla; and his sibling Fran Leavitt.
