He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Denise; and his children, Alexis Ellicott (Sajjad), Melinda Ginsberg (Reg) and Sara Ginsberg.

“I was a patient of Dr. Ginsberg for many years. I hadn't seen him for quite awhile and this morning my mind simply turned to him. I was surprised and shocked to learn of his death. He was a light-filled person, full of kindness, devoted to his patients and sincerely interested in their lives. I remember his smile most of all.
