Mary Kate Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Kate of Wilmette, Illinois, who passed away on March 26, 2022 at the age of 22. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Kate to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her father Michael; and her grandfather Patrick Phelan. She is survived by: her mother Cynthia Phelan; her siblings, Erin and Sean; her aunt Jennifer Condon (Brian); her uncles, Thomas Phelan (Diana), Christopher Phelan (Colleen) and Matthew Phelan (Nicole); and her grandparents, Richard, Janice Richwine and Diane Phelan. She is also survived by 10 cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made to any of the following organizations special to the family: The Michael J Phelan '84 Memorial Endowment at Loyola Academy, or in honor of Mary Kate's endless love for Sean and Erin either alma maters, The Cove School in Northbrook, IL, or Regina Dominican HS in Wilmette, IL.
