She was predeceased by: her husband Jerome Jaffe. She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Motin (Paul) and Debbie Carlson (Scott); her grandchildren, Stacey Olin (Adam), Stephanie, Tyler and Sarah Carlson; and her pet Chelsea.
