It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Mark Jacobsen (Wilmette, Illinois), who passed away on July 17, 2024, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint James Mark leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He is survived by: his parents, Jim Jacobsen and Penny Jacobsen; his sisters, Kristin Jacobsen (Allan Shampine) and Lise Jacobsen; his nieces, Fiona Shampine and Maeve Shampine; and his uncle Jerry Jacobsen.
