She is survived by: her children, Ilene Hackman, Judy Shor (Andy) and Allen Hackman; her grandchildren, Justin Shor (Rebecca), Noah Shor (Gabriella Shapiro), Lexie Hackman and Kendall Hackman; and her nephew Jay Lubarsky (Katie).

Memorial donations can be made to Belmont Village, 500 Mchenry Road, Buffalo Grove, Illinois 60089 in memory of Harriet Hackman.
