It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Grace Margaret Braun of Wilmette, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 100, on April 8, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Engels and Joseph Engels of Wilmette; her husband Arthur J. Braun; and her son Lawrence Arthur Braun. She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Hanley (Thomas), Daniel Braun (Loretta), David Braun (Christine), Joseph Braun and Mary Elizabeth Steinkoenig (Timothy); her daughter-in-law Emily Braun; her grandchildren, Christopher Braun, Elizabeth Hanley (Robert Brewer), Claire Avellone (James), Nicholas Braun (Meredith Dorneker), Andrew Braun (Erin), Benjamin Braun, Lauren Steinkoenig and Andrew Steinkoenig; and her great grandchildren, William Avellone, Vera Avellone, Brooke Braun and Cassidy Braun.
