She is survived by: her children, Jerry Swarzman (Penny) and Michael Swarzman (Barbara Grier); her granddaughters, Rachel Carnick (David) and Sarah Swarzman; her great grandchildren, Orly, Talya and Lilah; her brother Herbert Sachs (late Roz); her nephew Barry Forst (Jill); her nieces, Joyce Cook (Bruce) and Bonnie Typlin (John); and her caregiver Barbara.
