She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Cohen; her parents, Eva Pollack and Albert Pollack; and her siblings, Howard, Julius and Rueben Pollack.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Mark Cohen (Stacia), Denise Heller (Scott) and Dr. Roxane Cohen (Moe Farsheed); her grandchildren, Dr. Michael Heller (Kacey), Nicole Goulston (Andrew), Dr. Daniel Heller, Dr. Adam Farsheed (Shannon), Cooper Cohen and Charles Cohen; and her great grandchildren, Ethan and Eli Heller.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Weinstein & Piser Funeral Home (111 Skokie Blvd, Wilmette, IL 60091).
