He is survived by: his wife Carla; his children, David Kelson and Melina Kelson; his grandchildren, Juliet Kelson, Madeleine Kelson (Victoria Butler), Jordan Podolsky, Shane Kelson and Dylan Podolsky; his siblings, Edward Kelson (Lorel) and Susan Storck (Larry); his nieces and nephews, Lisa Kermgard (Tom), Daniel Kelson (Rachel Powers), Marnie Pedersen (Greg), Paul Storck (Heather Nunn) and Kerri Storck; and his children-in-law, Jennifer Diamond and Peter Podolsky.

Instead of flowers, Allen would have preferred memorial contributions to http://www.wttw.org or http://www.npr.org.
