She is survived by: her children, Ann Kowalczyk (Richard), Andrew Mazurek (Michelle) and Stephen Mazurek; and her siblings, Jozefa Tracz (late Zenon), Stanislaw Kucybala (Stanislawa), Marysia Domagala (Stanislaw) and Anthony Kucybala (Theresa). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
