She was predeceased by: her parents, Jan Zubek and Aleksandra Zubek; and her siblings, Jan Zubek (Kamila), Kazimierz Zubek (Maria), Antonina Pawlak (Wladyslaw), Helena Tontaka (Wladyslaw) and Leopold Zubek.
She is survived by: her sons, Jozef Kula (Wieslawa) and John Kula; her grandsons, Peter Kula (Bona), James Kula (Anna) and Alexander Kula; her great grandchild Elizabeth Kula; and her siblings, Franciszka Gruszka (late Jozef), Wladyslawa Wetula (late Andzrej) and Aniela Pabin (Wojciech).
