It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas W. Burek (Willow Springs, Illinois), who passed away on December 27, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Susan; his son James Burek (Stacie); his grandchildren, Tatum and Macie; his parents, Helen Burek and Walter Burek; and his brother Daniel Burek (Robin). He was also cherished by brother-in-law, two sisters-in-law, many nieces & nephews.
Everyone attending the service must register before Sunday, January 3, 2021 at 5 p. m. Each and every person that is attending the Mass will need to register at the link above.
The Family has requested in lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Tom's name to your favorite charity.
