She is survived by: her daughters, Ursula Slotwinski (Stefan) and Margaret Kolodziejczyk (late Adam); her grandchildren, Amy Oziemblo (Andy), Jennifer Slotwinski (Steven), Eric Kolodziejczyk (Heidi), Annette Windsor (Bryan) and Michael Slotwinski (Stacey); her great grandchildren, Natalie, Jonathan, Annabelle, Angelica, Evelyn, Benjamin, Olivia, Ryan and Michael; and her sister Krystyna Nowicka. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
