He is survived by: his spouse Zdzislawa Gabrys; his children, David Gabrys (Gabriela), Joanna Gabrielson (Eric) and Marzena Surdej (Jeff); his grandchildren, Emma Gabrys, Lily Gabrys and Mateo Surdej; and his siblings, Maria Renata Lukaszyk (Stanislaw), Janina Glowacka, Zofia Gasienica-Kleryk, Grazyna Gasienica-Jackow (Andrzej) and Wladyslaw Gasienica-Kleryk (Czeslawa). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
