He is survived by: his spouse Mary; his children, Martha Annolino (Joe Kazberuk) and Dorothy Punt (Jerzy); his grandchildren, Jake Annolino (Linda), Tina Herman (Mike), Angelique Chavez (Cezar), Mario Labno (Dora) and Justin Labno (Rebecca); his great grandchildren, Paige Annolino, Michael Adams, Nijole Herman, Gabriella Chavez, Gianna Herman, Brayden Annolino, Maya Herman, Vincent Chavez, Oliver Labno and Camila Labno; and his sibling-in-law Irena Kiwior (Henry).
